Glazing tape

The following brands of glazing tape are available for use in steel glazing systems

Kerafix ceramic is an alumino-silicate fibre paper with adhesive backing. Kerafix ceramic can be used in any application where ceramic paper is specified.

Kerafix 2000 - A paper based on fibres with unique calcium magnesium silica chemistry supplied in rolls with adhesive backing. Kerafix 2000 is specified in the test reports provided by many leading fire resistant glass manufacturers. further info click here :: data sheet click here

FyreWrap IG can be used in any application where Fibrefrax or Insulfrax is specified.

We stock a variety of the most commonly used widths and thicknesses. Other sizes can be manufactured to order.

Flammi 12 is an aluminium silicate based, water repellent impregnated setting block
Flammi 22 is a calcium silicate based fire resistant setting block

CHM FD30 - An intumescent butyl glazing strip sealant tested to BS476, EN1364 and EN1634 for 30 minutes resistance to the passage of fire in timber doors and screens. Can be used with a wide variety of non insulating and insulating glass types. This product also has applications in partitioning and fire rated ductwork. CHM FD30 is available in mahogany or off white. The product is 3mm thick and is supplied on rolls 12mm wide x 15m length in standard packs of 10 rolls
CHM FD60 - An intumescent butyl glazing strip sealant tested to BS476, EN1364 and EN1634 for 60 minutes resistance to the passage of fire in timber doors and screens. Can be used with a wide variety of non insulating and insulating glass types. This product also has applications in partitioning and fire rated ductwork. CHM FD60 is available in mahogany or off white. The product is 3mm thick and is supplied in rolls 20mm wide x 15m length in standard packs of 7 rolls.
